Spring Hill Recreation Commission (SHRC) is happy to provide programming and sports leagues for the adults in our community. We want to give everyone in our city the chance to be happy and healthier. Whether it's through our adult fitness classes, adult sports leagues, or adult-focused art classes, the SHRC is excited to provide recreational opportunities for the citizens of Spring Hill.
  1. 50+ Fitness

    Join our fitness class designed specifically for participants age 50 and older.

  2. Adult League Basketball

    Have fun in our competitive basketball league for adults 18 and older.

  3. Bootcamp

    Get firm and burn calories in this total body fitness class.

  4. Make and Take Crafts

    If you like to craft with your friends, come and check out this class! We will be doing make and take crafts twice a month - all supplies included!

  5. Martial Arts

    Yang's Tae Kwon Do offers adults a comprehensive fitness program with the added benefit of self-defense skills and an increase in mental and emotional strength.

  6. Yoga

    Spring Hill Recreation Commission offers this entry-level yoga class for the mind, spirit and body.
