50+ Fitness

Our Adult Fitness classes have been canceled until the City of Spring Hill's Building Revitalization Project of the Civic Center has been completed. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Ryan Crowley at ryanc@springhillrec.org or by giving him a call at 913-592-2214 ext. 104. 
Class Details
If you are 50 or up, we have an exercise class just for you. This class will be of moderate intensity and includes the following:
  • Getting up and down from chair at least 10 times (arms across chest)
  • Low-impact cardio
  • Stepping on or over objects
  • Strength, balance, core, and flexibility training
We will go outside as weather and temperatures permit.​
