Our Adult Fitness classes have been canceled until the City of Spring Hill's Building Revitalization Project of the Civic Center has been completed. Class Details


Get firm and burn calories in this total body fitness class. Have fun while improving your cardio, core, and strength in a fun group atmosphere. We focus on your upper and lower body, abs and plyometrics.

This class is for most fitness levels and alternative exercises will be provided as needed. As our instructor phrases it, you'll get out of it, what you put into it. Bring a friend and have fun getting fit together!

  • Equipment:
    • 1/2 inch exercise mat
    • Two 8 pound weights
    • Two 10 pound weights
