Class Details

The Spring Hill Recreation Commission offers continuous sessions for all fitness levels. This is an entry level class for the mind, spirit, and body. Yoga focuses on your exercise, breathing, and meditation.

You will learn basic postures, the core actions that support and open the body, linking movement to breath, connecting postures sequentially, and focusing attention. Our class will help build strength, stamina and flexibility, while focusing on structural alignment and stability.
