This class is a 50 minute dance fitness class that focuses on having fun and improving your physical and mental health and well-being. We focus on shredding fat and building muscle, all while having a blast with some friends. This class is a judgment free zone where you can express yourself through dance and by the end of the day, leave you feeling brand new!
