  2. General Information & Policy Statement

    Set-up begins October 29, 2021 at 4:30pm. You must be set-up by 5:45pm. Booth space is 10'x10'. You will need to provide your own table and chairs. Displays and activities requiring special needs (extra space, etc) must notify SHRC before October 29, 2021. Teardown will not be allowed before 8:30pm and must be completed by 9:30pm. There will be no electricity provided for vendors. All booth contents must remain within the confines of your 10'x10' booth space, unless otherwise requested. All booths must be open and staffed during the event hours. Security & Insurance: The Exhibitor understands that the City, SHRC, and USD 230 maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
