Bootcamp: Adult Fitness

Age(s) 18 & up

Month long sessions for all fitness levels. Come improve your cardio, core, and strength with this exciting, action packed class. You’ll focus on your legs, upper body, ployometrics, and much more. As our instructor puts it “You’ll get out of it, what you put into it.” And probably much more. Be sure to bring your water bottle to every class, because you’re going to need it!

Required: Yoga Mat, (2) 5lb weights, (2) 8 lb weights
