High Beam Gymnastics

Age(s) 4-12

You will be doing cartwheels and flips, because this class is so fun!  Gymnastics is a great sport to develop motor skills, self confidence and help with balance an coordination.

The BEGINNING CLASS is for both boys and girls, new to the sport.  Backward/forward rolls, cartwheels, and introduction to equipment will be explored.  

In the INTERMEDIATE class students will refine skills learned in previous instruction.  They will receive instruction on beam, bars, and vault with advanced tumbling.
