SHRC Challenges

October - December 2021 

  • The entire 10 week challenge
    • Counting our steps! Walk with us for the next 10 weeks. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise you can do for your overall health! 
  • Week of October 4th
    • Physical Activity Week - spend 10 minutes each day doing something that requires moving! 
  • Week of October 11th 
    • Hydration Week - drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
  • Week of October 18th
    • Art Week - destress by soothing the soul with an art project this week
  • Week of October 25th 
    • Mental Health Week - find something that helps you clear your headspace each day this week 
  • Week of November 1st 
    • Cross Stitch Week - the SHRC staff will be learning something new this week! Overall health involves having a little fun and challenging your mind, too. 
  • Week of November 8th
    • Healthy Eating Week - use this time to prepare healthy meals, make healthier snack options, and find new recipes to try! 
  • Week of November 15th
    • Give Back Week - SHRC staff will be volunteering in the community this week
  • Week of November 22nd 
    • Thankfulness Week - show someone how thankful you are for them this week
  • Week of November 29th 
    • Christmas Cooking Baking Challenge Week - SHRC staff will be competing with one another. Join in on the fun and have a cookie exchange with friends! 
  • Week of December 6th 
    • Scavenger Hunt Week - we'll post a week's worth of scavenger hunt instructions for you to play along this week!
